What is energy?
Where does energy come from?
What is potential and kinetic energy?
Energy is present whenever there are moving objects.
How are forces related to energy? (ie gravity)
How can we change the speed of an object?
The speed of an object is related to the energy of the object.
The faster a given object is moving, the more energy it possesses.
How is energy transferred between objects?
What happens when objects in motion collide?
What happens to the energy of the objects?
When objects collide, they transfer energy and change the object’s motion.
The faster a given object is moving, the more observable impact it can have on another object.

We also watched these videos to reflect on the importance of being kind, and the incredible impact we can have: (Thank you to Raechel Barone for sharing these inspiring videos with me!)
Today, we read aloud Be Kind, by Pat Zietlow Miller, to help us come up with even more ways we can be kind!
