Mrs. Cole Showed Us That Kindness Matters By Sending Us A Very Special Package! @tinacolesms @resvt #KindnessMatters

Mrs. Cole teaches kindergarten at Smilie.  When she came to visit, we were so happy to see her and fill her with love.  When Rafi heard Mrs. Cole loves chocolate, she gave Mrs. Cole one of her special birthday brownies!
Every day we discuss that what we put out to the world comes back to us, and how we treat others matters.  Mrs. Cole showed us this in a very real, loving and delicious way!  Thank you Mrs. Cole!!!

We Will Be Participating In The GeoBee Soon! @resvt @NatGeo #GeoBee

On January 17th & 22nd, fourth graders will be participating in the National Geographic School Bee.  This is a fun experience that builds community and encourages us to think about the world beyond Vermont.  The GeoBee is meant to be a fun experience that motivates us to think and learn!
If kids would like to take some time to prepare, below are links they may find helpful.  The GeoBee will ask questions about locations around the world, history, culture, & climate, while also focusing on vocabulary.  We are excited to participate in the GeoBee!
